When you said I was hurting them by doing their work I was kind of surprised. To be successful one must work!!! I never thought that doing all the work for each model is something that could push them mediocrity; to NOT be their Best, possibly I was even pushing them to failure. But it makes SENSE!!

I am always talking about the relevance of developing individual talents. I see now that I was the one oppressing them. Forcing them into one standard pattern for success simply because I think it is the right one because it worked for me.
